It’s Time To Jam!!!
Calling all my young ladies…it’s time for an epic Spring fitness jam session! Join me on Friday, April 27th at the Athleta store in Tysons Corner, VA for an awesome cardio fusion matwork. We will flow to the sounds of a live DJ, take it the to mat for a girl chat and fill our bellies with some amazing treats!
This night is strictly for my young lady gladiators. So moms, dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles round up all your special girls and make sure they are in the house for the ultimate fitness jam session of the year! Admission is totally FREE…see you there!
