Total Body Conditioning

This class is designed to torch calories and tone the body with dynamic exercises. Classes consist of plyometric exercises, body weight exercises and circuit and interval training drills. We also focus on strength training and muscle endurance using medicine balls, dumbbells and body resistance. Put your body to the test for this total body sculpting explosion.

WEDNESDAYS: 7pm-8pm            SATURDAYS: 10am-11am

Cardio Mat Class

This is a unique low impact mat based workout that fuses cardio and yoga. This workout will torch calories and sculpt your body, while improving strength and flexibility. This class is perfect for the person who never wants to leave the ground.
