September is National Yoga Month! This is an opportunity for us to pause and to re-engage with the practice of yoga.  During this month I invite you to dig deeper into your practice or perhaps you take this opportunity to start a practice.  What is your why?  Why yoga?  During this month give yourself permission to ask yourself what you want from the practice of yoga and to embrace the exploration.

You will find that there is no right or wrong reason.  The practice means different things to different people and at different times in our lives.  Try a new class this month.  Practice with a new yogi buddy.  Join a group challenge.
