What do I need to bring with me to class?

Please bring water, a towel and a mat.

Do I need to pre-register for class?

Pre-registration is preferred and is the most guaranteed way to secure your spot and receive any notifications regarding schedule changes.  Walk-ins are accepted if spots are available.

Do I need to have a yoga background?

No. Prior yoga experience is not required.

How long are class packs valid?

All class passes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

What is the cancellation policy?

All sales are final. Class passes are non-refundable and may not be transferred or extended. 

What is the average class size?


Is one-on-one instruction available?

Available upon request.

Are men welcome?

Most definitely! The workouts are designed for both sexes.

What is the required fitness level?

There is no requirement. All fitness levels are welcome!
