Join us for a special Mother’s Day workout and champagne toast on Saturday, May 15th. The morning will start with a light warm-up, followed by a 45 min all bodyweight workout and concludes with a 15 min yoga/stretch session. After our workout, enjoy chilled champagne and healthy treats while chatting with other amazing women in our Body by Buckner community.
